Filigree is an ornamental work of fine gold or silver wire formed into delicate tracery. This technique has Etruscan and Greek roots and can be traced back to 3.000 BC.
Filigree has been used for centuries by lot of different cultures around the world, each country gives the technique it's own touch, but the main characteristics remain intact.
In countries like Colombia the face of this technique is changing. The new generation of designers and jewellers are making it more appealing to a younger audience.
My first collection is entirely made in filigree. After studying this technique in Colombia, I wanted to introduce my personal take and help change the face of Filigree.
I invite you to take a look at my work and remember I'm here to make your jewelry dreams come true!
